Unfiltered Everyday Sh*t
Unfiltered Everyday Sh*t is a personal reflection podcast for women moving through real life, real feelings, and the quiet changes we don’t always know how to talk about.
Each episode gives you a soft place to land — a moment to pause, breathe, and hear your own thoughts a little clearer, without pretending you have everything figured out.
It’s honest. It’s human. It’s the everyday sh*t we’re all dealing with… finally spoken out loud.
And somewhere in the middle of it, you might find the clarity you didn’t even know you were looking for.

This is Unfiltered Everyday Sh*t. I'm India Sherelle. This podcast is a space for real conversations about life as it's actually happening. The good, the bad, and everything in between. It's unfiltered, it's honest, and it's apologetic. Some episodes are reflective, some are raw, so let's talk about it. Welcome. I'm your host, India Sherell. I've been thinking a lot about goals lately, and I want to say this clearly. I believe in setting goals, but I don't believe they have to go exactly the way we plan them. For me, goals are something to work towards, not something to chain myself to. What's helped me most is setting small, doable goals, not just a big vision way out there, but steps I can actually reach. Because when you hit the small goal, you see yourself completing something and that, okay, I did. That moment matters. It creates momentum. And that momentum makes the bigger goal feel possible instead of overwhelming. But here's the part I really want to say. Life will give you pivots and it's okay to take them. Nothing is etched in stone. Not even the goals we set. You can still want the goal and allow yourself to adjust when life shows you something different. I am seeing that in my own life right now. I started this podcast with one idea of where it might go, and now I'm seeing possibilities I've never planned for. And honestly, I'm okay with that. Not because I changed the goal, but because I stayed in motion. And while you're in motion, something happens. Clarity keeps opening up. You start seeing things you couldn't see before, and it helps you navigate where you are actually supposed to go next. That's what I want people to remember. The goal isn't the point. The momentum is. As long as you're moving, listening, and allowing yourself to pivot when needed, you are still on the path. Just move with it. Before I leave you with something to think about. If you are in season where you are craving clarity, my clarity calls and my clarity style assessments are always linked in the description box. If you are ready to get out of your head and into motion, those tools will help you get there. Now, on with the question, what small reachable goal can you set right now that will help you build momentum? Instead of pressure. Well, this was a short one today, guys. This is it. This podcast is Freedom. This is me. It's an outlet, it's a voice. It's somewhere I can just speak freely. Thanks for stopping by and thanks for listening.
